At Harvest Moon Mills , we do not bleach, fortify, or over process our flour. It is created using the slow, cool, stone ground milling process – nothing fancy, but the result is premium flour the way it is intended to be.

We are prairie people. A bit humble, a pinch of pride; we don’t know everything, but we do know wheat and the wild rhythms of this vast and arid place. We know to seed when pink hues fill a sky so stretched everything else seems small. We know by our fingertips when a stalk is ready for harvest.

We've come a long way since our homesteader ancestors started with a single horse drawn plow in 1913. The equipment has changed over the years but our focus on quality and consistency has never wavered.
