Where do your grains come from?

Climax, Saskatchewan, Canada.

What is unbleached and unenriched?

Unbleached flour is flour in its natural form, straight from the mill, free from bleach which is often used to give flour an intense white color.

Unenriched flour does not contain the addition of nutrients and vitamins, which are usually stripped away in the bleaching process.

Do your products contain nuts?

No, all of our products are produced in a nut-free facility!

Do you have any gluten-free products?

Currently, we do not have any gluten-free products.

Are your products organic?

Currently, we do not have any organic products. However, we do not use any type of desiccant to kill our wheat prior to harvest.

How do I store the product? How long is the shelf life?

Store your Harvest Moon Mills flour at room temperature or in a cool, dry place. Keep it in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

  • Up to 2 months at room temperature
  • Up to 6 months refrigerated

Can I pick up my order?

Pick up is currently not available. We offer local delivery within Calgary and Canada-wide shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping at this time. We currently provide $7 flat-rate delivery within city limits.

Do you offer shipping outside of Canada?

No, we do not offer free shipping at this time. We currently provide $7 flat-rate delivery within city limits.

When will I receive my order?
  • Local deliveries: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Outside Calgary: Shipping time is calculated at checkout based on the selected method
