Where it all started
Our family has been farming the Canadian prairies since 1913 in Climax, Saskatchewan, the self-proclaimed “Sunset Capital” of Canada. Our grains come from the very fields that we have nurtured with high-quality methods for over 100 years.
We proudly grow a wide variety of high-quality grains and legumes including wheat, durum, barley, peas, mustard, and lentils.
Better wheat, Better flour.
Today, we extend this quality to our flour using the time-tested traditional process of stone milling. Because we know by growing better wheat we’re making better flour, and better is how we like to do it on the prairies.
