Sleigh Ride Pancakes

Yields: 6 servings

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups Harvest Moon Mills Pancake Mix

• 1 egg

• 3 tablespoons melted butter

• 1 cup + 1 teaspoon milk

• 50 ml Baileys Irish Cream

Pancake Mix Ingredients:

• Fresh Stone Milled Flour

• Baking Powder

• Salt

• Sugar

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, egg, melted butter, milk, and Baileys. Mix until smooth.

2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan or griddle over medium-high heat.

3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

4. Cook until lightly browned on both sides.

5. Serve hot and enjoy your merry, creamy morning treat!
